2. Buying a product

Our products are sold through two checkouts. Purchases on shop.jumicreative.com (Kajabi) are made directly with Visualsofjulius Oy. Purchases through Lemon Squeezy are made with Lemon Squeezy as the reseller and merchant of record; its terms of sale apply to the payment, and we deliver and support the product.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any VAT or sales tax for your country is calculated at checkout, and you see the final price, including all taxes, before you pay. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Delivery and access

Products are delivered digitally right after payment, as a download or through your customer account. Courses come with lifetime access for as long as we offer the product, and we will give reasonable notice before discontinuing a course. Keep your login details to yourself; accounts are personal.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery starts, if at checkout you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this in your order confirmation (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, chapter 6, section 16, and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m)). If you still have a right of withdrawal, you can use it within 14 days by emailing contact@jumicreative.com with your order email address. We also offer voluntary refunds in the cases listed in our Refund Policy.

5. How you may use our products

• You may use our overlays, skies, brushes and templates in your own personal and commercial projects, such as client work, prints and social media posts.
• You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files themselves, alone or as part of another asset pack, preset bundle or template.
• Courses and eBooks are for your own learning. Do not share your access, record or republish lessons.

All content on this website and in our products remains the property of Visualsofjulius Oy or its licensors.

6. Defects and complaints

If a product does not work or is not as described, contact us at contact@jumicreative.com and we will fix, replace or refund it as required by consumer law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not limited by these terms.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the website and products available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect damages or for compatibility issues with third-party software beyond what mandatory law requires. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Affiliate links

Some links on our site point to products we recommend and earn a commission from. They are marked as affiliate links and do not change the price you pay.

9. Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first, we want to solve problems directly. If we cannot agree, consumers in Finland can get help from the Consumer Advisory Services and then take the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Consumers in other EU countries can get free help from the European Consumer Centre (ECC Finland).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought a product applies to that purchase. Our Photoshop plugin CarouselCutter has its own CarouselCutter Terms.
